Bookings

Customers have 14 days prior to the start of a class or course to request a refund. 

Refunds will have 10% deducted to cover administrative costs. (Class cost £35 - 10%, total refund £31.50). Or payment can be fully transferred for a new booking.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the course, please speak to the tutor present, who will try to resolve any issues. Or you are welcome to email us. We will do our best to resolve any complaints.

Due to venue overheads we may cancel a class if less than 6 students book. If this happens students will receive a full refund.

Your contact details will be used to send details of the class or course you have booked. We may also send you information on our future courses. Please inform us if you do not wish to receive future communication. Your details will not be passed onto a third party
